Purpose of Education
Lean management is a management approach that includes approaches and practices aimed at
increasing profitability by purifying and simplifying corporate systems and workflows from elements that
do not create “value”.
The purpose of this training is to provide participants with an insight into lean thinking and
equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to use lean management principles
effectively.
Content of the Training
• Lean thinking philosophy
• The history of lean management and successful practices in the world
• The concept of “value”, value stream maps and total cycle time
• Determination of 7 basic losses and transactions that do not add value on the axis
• Identifying improvement potentials for eliminating non-value adding transactions
and shortening cycle times
• Monitoring performance criteria and determining short, medium and long-term goals and
ensuring continuity

It has been prepared for all managers and employees who are responsible for increasing
customer satisfaction and profitability by reducing costs and increasing flexibility to adapt
to market conditions in all departments, from design to delivery or service delivery.
