Purpose of Education
Participants of this training, who are members of the family business, will learn how to prepare a family
constitution approved by the family council, which will be a roadmap for them in matters such as their
family relations, company-next generation relations, heirship, share transfer/distribution; what stages will
be passed in the preparation process; After the adoption of the family constitution, they will obtain
information about what kind of infrastructure is required for its complete implementation, supported by
sample applications. What kind of information should be in the content of the family constitution and how
this information will be standardized will also be presented to the participants with their legal dimensions.
